Item appraisals: $10/per item for first two items, $5 for additional items (limit of 4)

Tickets available at the door on a first come, first served basis. Cash or check.

40 “Early Bird” tickets are also available through Eventbrite (credit card, etc.)

Connie Sue Davenport, ISA AM, is an experienced antique and personal property appraiser who has conducted appraisals for thousands of individuals and has coordinated countless estate sales since 1983.  She specializes in large estates and is often employed by corporations, estate, trust & probate attorneys, Insurance companies and estate heirs. Funds from this event help support Mindful Care Adult Day Services , also known as Elder’s First, a 501c3 non-profit. Mindful Care provides a day program where people age 55+, many of whom suffer from Alzheimer’s and other memory issues, receive compassionate care, stimulating activities and companionship during the day. The program enables family caregivers to receive much-needed time off from their caregiving duties. 100% of funds remain local.

Thank you to the Habitat ReStore for hosting this event! The ReStore offers gently used donated items and new discounted items for the home, including furniture, appliances, rugs, windows, doors, flooring, lighting and building / home improvement materials. Funds from the ReStore help support Rutherford County Area Habitat for Humanity’s affordable housing program, construction of houses and homeowner education.
